Scaling Agile Coaching in the Enterprise

Taking a class from the Agile Coaching Institute not only introduces you to new people in your class--it gives you access to an online community of others who have attended ACI classes.  I saw a discussion thread on Scaling Agile Coaching to the Enterprise Level and convinced a few of my coworkers to host a conference call to discuss the topic while we have free time (due to the holidays).  We've had three successful calls so far, and we're hosting another one on Friday, January 3 at 1pm Central time.

We've talked about appreciative inquiry, what it's like working with a team of coaches, and what "scaling" might mean in the enterprise.  It's entirely focused on what the attendees want to talk about, and I'm excited to continue the conversations.

If you'd like to join this call or participate in future ones, please contact me for details.
